TDHCA’s Multifamily Finance division has posted the 2026 Multifamily Uniform Application on the Department’s website at https://www.tdhca.texas.gov/apply-funds. The Application will be updated periodically as issues are corrected.
In an effort to expedite processing, TDHCA asks that any applicants planning to submit a 4% housing tax credit application in January 2026, in response to a Certificate of Reservation that will be issued, submit the Electronic Filing Agreement for the associated project no later than December 22, 2025.
