After yesterday’s deadline for Texas legislators in the House of Representatives to decide which bills would survive and which wouldn’t, Dallas area Representative Eric Johnson’s anti-corruption bill (HB 4370) related to removing all elected officials from the scoring process for Housing Tax Credit development applications has officially died.
