TDHCA: 2017 9% Housing Tax Credit Pre-Application Log
The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs has posted to its website a list of the Pre-applications submitted by Applicants for 2017 Competitive (9%) Housing Tax Credits. The list is posted in spreadsheet form and can be found under Current Application Cycle Information here: http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/housing-tax-credits-9pct/index.htm.

Note that this is a preliminary list of Pre-applications received through the online form by the Pre-application Submission Deadline. The list does not include Pre-applications that were withdrawn, or those submitted as a test of the online form. Review of the Pre-applications has not been completed.
