Dominium has acquired land in Maxwell, Texas, to build Anson Crossing, a new affordable housing community with 312 homes for individuals and families. The development will offer modern amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, and in-unit washers and dryers, as well as provide free tutoring services. Funded through the Section 42 Housing Tax Credit (HTC) program, the project aims to increase affordable housing availability by keeping rents tied to the Area Median Income (AMI).
