Bobby Wilkinson, executive director of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs (TDHCA), has been appointed to the Federal Home Loan Bank of Dallas (FHLB Dallas) Affordable Housing Advisory Council. Wilkinson, who has led TDHCA since 2019, brings valuable leadership and experience in housing finance and policy to the council. His three-year term began January 1, and he will help guide affordable housing and economic development efforts in FHLB Dallas’ five-state district.
