Texas AHCIA Cosponsor Is Headed to a Runoff
On Super Tuesday, TAAHP watched closely for the primary results of all eight Texas cosponsors of the Affordable Housing Credit Improvement Act of 2023 (AHCIA) bill. Candidates in Texas primaries had to clear 50 percent of the vote to be nominated, or the top two vote-getters will face a runoff on May 28.
